Thank you for your purchase at forkshelter.click. We take pride in the quality of the pizzas we serve and offering great customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been prepared and/or delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective order, please contact us immediately at +39 055 123 4567 so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If your complaint is justified, and we cannot offer a replacement, we will refund the sale amount excluding delivery charges. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it with no additional charge. For cancellations after this timeframe, you may be charged a cancellation fee as the preparation of your pizza may already be underway.
Exchanges
