'ForkShelter started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Florence. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our little pizza place began as a quaint family business with recipes passed through the ages.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor of our establishment, honed her pizza-crafting skills on a pilgrimage through Italy, garnering wisdom from Neapolitan pizza artisans. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to embody the essence of authentic Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From a cozy 12-seat pizza shop, we've evolved into a cherished fixture of the local dining scene. Nonetheless, our pledge to excellence and authentic service remains as steadfast as ever. We continue with the traditional wood-burning ovens, daily fresh dough, and the most exquisite ingredients we can procure.
Now, 'ForkShelter' is still in the care of its founding lineage, with the Rossi progeny ushering in a new era. While modern touches have been adopted, at the core, our mission is unchanged: to serve delectable, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
